I work photographing mostly female models so I see first hand how healthy they are. On the other hand, I have done photo shoots with some who were terribly out of shape. Many didn’t eat right or worse yet, were smokers (Ugh!).
This is why I put together this quick healthy food guide showing 10 foods to help you get back in shape. Who Are These Models?
Some work in fitness and and need weight loss methods to take care of their bodies. Some girls and women go on binge diets and lose weight to the point of showing their ribs during a photo shoot.

But, are fitness models in good health? You bet they are! Here is some advice on foods to eat to keep your nutrition in balance, even if you are not into fashion modeling.

I’ll be the first to admit that just choosing healthy foods to eat will not give you a six pack or muscular legs.
There is a bit more to it but eating healthy is a starting point. Models in the fashion, glamour and fitness world are always concerned with keeping a balance between looking great for the camera and dieting for health.
Exercise along with these nutrition tips will keep your body in shape no matter if you are in entertainment or working as a secretary.

First, these 10 healthiest foods will differ depending on the country you live in. In the United States of America, there is some debate over the 10 healthiest foods by experts.
However, one thread consistent is that the foods all meet a standard in terms of nutrition. The foods referenced in this article are recommended by clinical sources.

One recommended food is the apple. The saying “An apple a day keeps the doctor away” should not be taken in vain.
